E-marketing campaigns ‘the best’ for SMEs

Targeted e-marketing campaigns constitute one of the most effective methods of promotion for smaller property companies, one expert has claimed.

Peter Davis, director of online estate agent Landgate, claims that a good-looking website is the best investment any SME can make - but he adds that all the time and effort you put into your site design will be wasted unless you market it effectively.

"Targeted e-marketing campaigns have proven to be the best way to promote smaller property companies," Mr Davis commented.

"Landgate have developed a marketing strategy that combines key word purchasing (pay-per-click) with direct, rich Emails that drive potential buyers to our websites. The combination of modern digital media and personal attention has led to a dramatic increase of enquiries from genuine applicants," he added.

Mr Davis added that when it came to selling properties, it is vital that they are presented properly - as doing so will increase "buyer confidence".
